We wish to acknowledge and motivate participants who actively reflect on network-building principles and explore new ways to expand and strengthen their local City of Learning.

Therefore the earner of this badge has proven that he/she is dedicated to growing their city’s learning ecosystem by exploring collaborative opportunities within the Cities of Learning network.

This badge highlights their initiative in connecting with other COL members, exchanging ideas, and strategising on how to build a dynamic, impactful learning community.

This badge is self-approved and was issued during the international seminar “Growing Recognition Ecosystems with Open Badges” held from November 27 to 28, 2024.
