Meet your workshop leaders
This unique workshop is co-facilitated by a team of experienced and passionate leaders from both the Netherlands and South Africa, bringing a rich blend of global and local perspectives. Marco Verhagen is a seasoned HR director and strategist who excels at connecting people and guiding them through change. His approach is all about finding common ground and fostering growth through connection, understanding, and passion. Joining him is Sandra Zoomers, a key figure in the Cities of Learning Network and the Dutch Cities of Learning movement. With her expertise in adult education and a focus on validating non-formal learning through Open Badges, Sandra is dedicated to making sure your diverse experiences are recognized and valued. Representing South Africa, Henry Uithaler is a founder of DigitSA, a non-profit organization in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth). With his extensive background in education and ICT, Henry is committed to empowering unemployed youth and creating opportunities for them in the digital world. Together, this team is excited to share their knowledge and guide you on your journey to discovering natural leadership.
